1. نظفي وجهك وأزيلي كل الرطوبة من بشرتك. نظفي المنطقة المستهدفة باستخدام منظف البشرة.

2. قم بإزالة الفيلم الواقي الأبيض من رقعة علاج المشكلة بيد جافة (لا تلمس البنية الدقيقة في المنتصف).

3. ضع الرقعة في منتصف المنطقة المستهدفة (تأكد من أنها جافة).

4. اضغط لأسفل عدة مرات لتثبيته بقوة على وجهك.

5. قم بإزالتها بعد ساعتين عن طريق تقشيرها بعناية من إحدى الزوايا مع الضغط عليها برفق بإصبعك أو إبهامك لمنع التسبب في تهيج بشرتك عن طريق سحب الرقعة أو تمديدها قبل الأوان.
