Introduction Phase: Start by applying 1-2 times per week at night to allow skin adjustment. Use a small amount (~0.1ml) focusing on areas of concern.

Regular Use: After skin adapts (usually 2-4 weeks), increase usage to every other night or nightly as tolerated. Apply after cleansing and toning, then follow with moisturizer.

Avoid sun exposure immediately after use and apply sunscreen during the day.

For sensitive skin, alternate usage days and combine with hydrating products.
