How To Use
Traditional Method:
Place one jelly in a large bowl and add 100 ml of cold milk at once. Stir thoroughly with a spoon.
Healthy Plan:

Delicious Plan (Smoothie):
Place a piece of jelly in an ice tray and freeze it. Transfer the frozen jelly into a glass and add 100 ml of milk at once. Stir until the frozen jelly melts with a spoon, then enjoy.
