Shampoo: Thoroughly wet hair and scalp, apply an appropriate amount, work into a rich lather, and rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water, apply a suitable amount to the hair, focusing on the ends, then rinse thoroughly.
