As a precautionary measure, our courier service provider (J&T Express) is taking measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers, through updated vaccination and routine PCR Testing.

We currently deliver to all Emirates in the UAE through our partner J&T Express. Our dedicated courier makes deliveries 7 days a week.

All goods are dispatched at 6:00 PM via courier services at a flat rate of AED 18Dubai and other Emirates

Shipping is 2-3 business days for city limits 3-5 business days for remote areas.

For orders 150 AED and above, delivery is FREE.

Please provide a complete address (House No., BLD. Name, Street Name, etc.) along with your contact details to avoid any failure in delivery and delays.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

You’ll need to return an item in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition. Items cannot be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, or their tamper-proof seals, packaging and any cellophane have been broken.

Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if there is an error, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.

We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, including used goods and items with unacceptable packaging. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will cover the cost of return postage where an item is returned due to our errors:

  • If we sent you an incorrect item
  • If the item you ordered arrives damaged or faulty

We will not cover the cost of postage to return items that you decide are unwanted or no longer required. You will be responsible for these costs, so we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of our decision regarding a refund. Your refund will be based on the method of payment used.

  • For Cash on Delivery purchases, we will transfer your payment via bank transfer.
  • Credit card refunds will be done through the same credit card used for purchase.
  • For Tabby purchases, refunds will be given through the original mode of payment.

We do not offer refunds on items that have been opened and damaged by the recipient.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, no refunds are necessary if an order is canceled.
  • Credit card refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
  • For Tabby payment, please allow us up to 10-21 working days for your account to be credited.

Crescite Beauty currently offers worldwide express shipping with DHL Express.

  • International orders/shipments are calculated based on product and packing weight.
  • All international orders and shipments are final. We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to customs duties, levied upon the shipment's arrival in the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Please note that Crescite Beauty has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. The policies vary widely by country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS. A link to the tracking site is also included with the message so that you can keep track of your package.
