Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours from order creation. Our business hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Dubai Time).
Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed the following business day.
During high-demand periods such as sales and holidays, processing times may extend due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
UAE Delivery – Tracked Orders
Next Day Delivery
- Orders over 149 AED – Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Same-Day Delivery – Estimated delivery within 4 hours from dispatch.
A WhatsApp tracking link will be sent when your order is out for delivery, providing an estimated arrival time. You can also modify delivery preferences, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or in a safe place.

- Quickup Tracked Next Day Delivery – 18.00 AED (Estimated 1-3 working days from dispatch)

International Delivery – GCC Countries Only
All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates, and international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Crescite Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. Customs processing times vary by country and may impact delivery timeframes beyond our control.

Return Policy
UAE Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Opened, used, or unsealed items will not be eligible for a refund and will be discarded upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request Approval: Email hello@crescitebeauty.com to request return authorization. Only approved returns will be accepted.
- Include Your Order Number: Clearly indicate your order number inside or outside the return package. Returns without an order number cannot be processed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any courier service of your choice.

Return Deadline: Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns sent beyond this period may not qualify for a refund.
Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@crescitebeauty.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For ingredient inquiries or allergy concerns, review product details or reach out to our team for assistance.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Customs & VAT Fees: If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund if it meets our return policy.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please allow several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Any applicable deductions, including shipping cost adjustments for free shipping orders, will apply.
