Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours from order creation. Our business hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Dubai Time).
Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed the following business day.
During high-demand periods such as sales and holidays, processing times may extend due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
UAE Delivery – Tracked Orders
Next Day Delivery
- Orders over 149 AED – Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Same-Day Delivery – Estimated delivery within 4 hours from dispatch.
A WhatsApp tracking link will be sent when your order is out for delivery, providing an estimated arrival time. You can also modify delivery preferences, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or in a safe place.

- Quickup Tracked Next Day Delivery – 18.00 AED (Estimated 1-3 working days from dispatch)
- Quickup Tracked Same Day Delivery – 35.00 AED (Estimated within 4 hours from dispatch)

All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates, and international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Crescite Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. Customs processing times vary by country and may impact delivery timeframes beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility (UAE Only)
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
Opened or used products cannot be accepted due to hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used items, ingestible products, sale or promotional items, free gifts, gift cards, and international orders are final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns require approval.
Email hello@crescitebeauty.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions and a reference number will be provided. Returns must be completed within 7 days of approval.
Please include your order number on the parcel. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If a return label is provided, an AED 18 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Free shipping orders may be subject to shipping deductions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
Funds are returned to the original payment method, excluding shipping and fees.
Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 working days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible unopened items within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product. We will review and assist accordingly.
Skin Sensitivity
Patch testing is recommended.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Promotions & Free Gifts
Free gifts are based on final order value.
If a return affects eligibility, the gift must be returned unused or its value may be deducted.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional charges may be deducted from refunds.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered. Please contact the courier directly.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. Reshipping or processing fees may apply.
