Biore Makeup Remover Moisturizing Water

Water-based makeup remover helps clean away waterproof mascara while toning and moisturizing skin. On top of this, it normalizes skin’s water-oil balance to prevent tightness. Infused with a gentle floral scent.
When using makeup, apply the appropriate amount and rinse thoroughly. No washing is needed after rinsing.
Note: It is recommended that you do a patch test before using any new products.
Water, glycerin, BG, PEG-12 laurate, mineral oil, polyglyceryl isostearate-2, isononyl isononanoate, decyl glucoside, sorbes tetraoleate-30 and PPG-9 diglyceryl are used in the formulation. Perfume is also added.
