1. After cleansing, carefully remove the sheet mask from its packaging and peel off the protective film.
2. Position the top half over your eyes and the bottom half over your mouth, then press gently to secure it to your skin.
3. Leave the mask on for 20 to 40 minutes, adjusting the time based on your skin's needs.
