The Kao MegRhythm Steam Thermo Patch – Fragrance Free is a disposable, self-warming adhesive patch designed for neck and shoulder comfort. Once removed from the pouch, it activates steam heat (~40 °C) that gently warms the area for around 5–8 hours, helping to soothe stiffness, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation—perfect for use at work, during study, or before bed .
Open the pouch to activate the steam heat.
Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive side.
Apply directly to clean, dry skin on the neck or shoulders. (Avoid hair and wet skin.)
Leave on for as long as needed—heat typically lasts 5–8 hours .
Gently remove once cooled.
Note: It is recommended that you do a patch test before using any new products.
