Are your products authentic?

Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors in Japan and Korea to ensure premium quality.

We are located at Barsha 1, Lama Building, 3rd Floor, Office 302, beside Shaklan Supermarket and in the same building as Yasmin Saloon, Dubai, UAE.

We do not have a retail shop at the moment, but our office is open for walk-in customers to check and purchase products.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! As a token of appreciation, we offer 15% off all items for walk-in purchases.

Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Feel free to visit or contact us during these hours for assistance.

Ordering & Payment

There are two easy ways to place your order:

Via Website – Order directly on our website using Card Payment, Cash on Delivery, or Pick-up options.

Via WhatsApp or Instagram – If you prefer Cash on Delivery or Payment Link, simply message us your order and include your name, city, area, villa/building/apartment number, and street name/number.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

We process orders quickly, but contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be used for any purchase on our website. They're perfect for gifting beauty lovers!

Thank you for your interest! At the moment, we are not offering wholesale services as we are a reseller. However, we’ll gladly keep your contact details and notify you in the future if wholesale becomes available.

Shipping & Delivery

From delivery timelines to shipping fees, we’ve got all the details on how and when your beauty products will arrive.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM:

Abu Dhabi: Next day, 12PM–10PM

Dubai, RAK, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah: Next day, 9AM–8PM

Orders placed after 2:30 PM: Delivered within 2 days.

Remote/Western Regions: Deliveries every Thursday & Sunday

Yes, for Dubai only. Delivery is within 4 hours of confirming availability.

Orders after cut-off time (6pm) will be delivered next day within 4 hours of confirming availability.

AED 18 for orders below AED 150

Same-day delivery (Dubai): AED 35

Delivery is anytime between 12PM–8PM, based on the courier's route. Exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
