Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours from order creation. Our business hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Dubai Time).

Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed the following business day.

During high-demand periods such as sales and holidays, processing times may extend due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Next Day Delivery

• Orders over 149 AED – Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
• Same-Day Delivery – Estimated delivery within 4 hours from dispatch.

 

A WhatsApp tracking link will be sent when your order is out for delivery, providing an estimated arrival time. You can also modify delivery preferences, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or in a safe place.

• Quickup Tracked Next Day Delivery – 18.00 AED (Estimated 1-3 working days from dispatch)
• Quickup Tracked Same Day Delivery – 35.00 AED (Estimated within 4 hours from dispatch)
