Refund policy

UAE Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened, used, or unsealed items will not be eligible for a refund and will be discarded upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Approval: Email hello@crescitebeauty.com to request return authorization. Only approved returns will be accepted.
  2. Include Your Order Number: Clearly indicate your order number inside or outside the return package. Returns without an order number cannot be processed.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any courier service of your choice.
  4. Return Deadline: Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns sent beyond this period may not qualify for a refund.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@crescitebeauty.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For ingredient inquiries or allergy concerns, review product details or reach out to our team for assistance.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
  • Customs & VAT Fees: If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance and discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund if it meets our return policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Please allow several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Any applicable deductions, including shipping cost adjustments for free shipping orders, will apply.
