A moisturizing toner formulated with 77% Houttuynia Cordata Extract that soothes sensitive skin and helps protect it from external irritations. The sub-acidic formula maintains the skin’s oil-moisture balance. Non-irritating and contains 11 types of EWG Green Grade ingredients suitable for all skin types.
After cleansing, apply a moderate amount of this product to the face and pat lightly for better absorption.
