For individuals aged 16 and above, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets per dose, taken three times a day with a glass of water. For those between the ages of 7 and 14, the suggested dosage is 1 tablet per dose, administered three times a day alongside a refreshing glass of water. Ensure you follow these age-appropriate instructions for optimal results.

Swallow whole, do not chew.
