PHA Toner is a gentle, soothing toner that exfoliates, Hydrates, and brightens in equal measure. It contains 84% Centella asiatica extract (PA), along with other ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, betaine, and niacinamide to produce a fresh, supple and wrinkle-free finish. To use: soak a proper amount of product on a cotton pad and wipe onto cleansed face; pat gently for optimal absorption. This product instantly soothes irritated skin thanks to the presence of PHA, which also gently exfoliates for smooth results. Hyaluronic acid moisturizes skin while Betaine restores its oil-water balance for maximum moisture retention throughout the day. The formula also contains Niacinamide and Adenosine: two active ingredients known for their brightening effects on the skin!
